Welcome
When you come to Q & E, you discover an organisation which has built up first class Organisation Development expertise through more than 25 years of translating and refining the dynamic core theories and principles from the field of Organisation Development into consultancy practice, development design and education programmes.
- Global, national and local consultancy
- Training and developing senior leaders and OD practitioners
- Designing and delivering formal educational programmes in partnership with other critical institutions.
Our clients appreciate our ability to combine rigorous academic knowledge with accessible and effective practices to support them in moving towards sustainable growth and effectiveness both externally and internally.
We have a high rate of success in supporting organisations in change projects because:
- our techniques are research based.
- our interventions are based on shared data collection and analysis between ourselves and clients.
- we take into account the whole system, its culture, its environment, its strategy and we achieve the cultural changes that need to support the intervention.
- we emphasise the importance of strengthening the organisation’s internal leadership skills and resources by working closely with key individuals and groups.
A special call for articles - deadline 6 April 2012
The Fall 2012 edition of the OD Network’s journal, OD Practitioner will be dedicated to the work of UK OD practitioners. It is about time that UK practitioners showcase our work to the international community!
As special series editor, Mee-Yan persuaded the board of editors that instead of soliciting the standard nine articles, we should introduce four different categories which will give a wider range of subjects different practitioners may appreciate. Please read the Call for Papers document for an explanation of these four categories.
Knowing how difficult it is for people to find time to write a long academic article, this series will mainly focus on short articles about your practice. So may I encourage you to consider whether you and your clients want to share a success story of your work. Finally, please do pass this on to others who may be interested to contribute a story.
