Diane Wilkinson
Diane Wilkinson specialises in organisational and leadership development. She works to empower others to achieve their potential, whatever their level. Diane uses her cross-cultural experience to enable organisations, teams and individuals to achieve practical and realistic goals.
Diane works with boards and senior executives in strategy and business planning. With whole organisations she uses large group methods to generate creative ideas in how to move forward while ensuring buy-in from everyone involved. She regularly provides leadership development workshops on, for example, how to influence and persuade people, negotiation skills, how to use story telling as leaders in organisations, and media and presentation skills.
Diane is a license holder for a number of formal psychometric methodologies. She has a degree in Statistics and Psychology, a post-graduate degree in Organisational Psychology, and a Diploma in Organisational Development.
