Fiona Davidson, MA
Fiona has worked in consultancy and training roles for more than 20 years. Her commitment to encouraging the development of individuals using motivation, feedback and personal training contracts has been highly appreciated by Fiona’s clients. She has wide experience in coaching and counselling as well as design assessment and development centres, integrating tools such as 360 degree appraisal, MBTI Steps 1 and 2, FIRO-B, 16 PF and Vector Analysis in her work.
Organisationally, she has successfully introduced polarity management to a foundation status NHS Trust, used Appreciative Inquiry with a number of top teams around topics such as strategic planning, and introduced action learning sets. This is supplemented by her expertise in implementing and reviewing selection and appraisal systems, as well as carrying out training interventions both in these areas and also in leadership, teamwork, people management, communication and facilitation skills.
Fiona has a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology and has, amongst other experiences, held a commission in the RAF and a Senior Lectureship in Business Studies.
