Organisation Development Consultancy
Q&E is known in the marketplace for applying Organisation Development theories and principles to consultancy with impressive results:
1. We support complex change projects - design the general change processes, design and run different types of intervention to help the organisation move towards its change goals, ensure all are set up for effective implementation, and decide on metrics to track the change processes and the benefits.
2. We design and run large groups in which people are highly engaged; we use whole system methodologies. (Rosabeth M. Kanter of Harvard Business School, one of the world’s foremost thinkers and educators on change, documented Q&E as having designed and supported the world’s largest change intervention.)
3. We educate and equip internal change agents (line leaders as well as HR and OD professionals) to support implementation, and to ensure that the outcomes of the change project are firmly embedded in the organisation. We often work in alignment with the organisation’s talent management system – in order to build up the change capabilities of future leaders and equip them to run corporate transformation projects.

- Being the sole supporter of a national media organisation carrying out the world’s largest culture-change project, involving over 17,000 people. Working closely with the Executive Board using large scale and whole system methodologies.
- Supporting a national media organisation in the Middle East through a 24-month complex transformation project.
- Supporting a pharmaceutical company in setting up its OD function in time to provide internal support for a 3-year change programme.
- Supporting a major food retail company in its culture change programme by working with its Board and Directors.
- Providing consultancy and development support in a major service transformation project to a central government directorate over the course of 3 years.

Organisation Development Education and Development Programmes
We are also known in the marketplace for designing and running high-level Organisation Development Education programmes for both OD practitioners and Human Resource professionals.

- Providing ongoing OD upskilling for the directors and senior consultants of one of the four top consultancy firms in the UK.
- Providing ongoing development and support for over two years to the national NHS Organisation Development team.
- Designing and delivering the Developing Top Management Programme (DTMP) and Advanced Leadership Programme (ALP) at the UK National School of Government.
