L Mee-Yan Cheung-Judge (Founder) BSc, MA, PhD Mee-Yan Cheung-Judge is the creator and driving force behind Quality & Equality. She founded Q&E after a distinguished eight-year career in academia and business. |

Since setting up Q&E, Mee-Yan has worked with more than 300 clients, troubleshooting projects and issues related to change management, organisation design and development. By providing effective support to top managers, she has been a powerful catalyst for culture change and improved effectiveness and performance within organisations. Strong in both the theory and practice of Organisation Development, Mee-Yan brings to her major change projects an in-depth knowledge of how organisations work and what makes them more effective. Her unique facilitative style, underpinned by a commitment to equality and diversity, is instrumental in deriving full benefit for organisations and people. Mee-Yan's areas of specialisation and expertise are designing and managing big system change and supporting and developing Senior Management.
