Quality & Equality's interventions in Organisation Health seek to match an organisation's strategic ambition with its internal state of health and capability.

Many organisations understand the changes in the environment they operate in and make clear strategic choices. However, such strategic ambition is often not matched by their internal state of health and capability. The alignment of strategic ambition and organisation "fitness" is therefore an area of critical attention for leaders and the focus of our interventions.

Our Organisation Health interventions may include:

  • Training up Board members to undertake a diagnosis of their organisation.
  • Undertaking an organisational audit of key areas such as:
      • business processes
      • functional expertise
      • leadership capability.
  • Involving the organisation's key stakeholders in learning how to do key diagnoses of their organisation's health and forming internal task groups to recommend remedial health plans.
