Leading change has been studied in leadership, consulting and organisation development for decades.
But unlike a decade ago, today the turbulence and uncertainty of work requires leaders of change to understand well the complexities of organisational dynamics whilst also embodying their genuine power and presence to catalyse, envision and facilitate change with integrity.
Join Dr Mee Yan Cheung-Judge and Tom Kenward of the Roffey Park Institute to explore perspectives on complex change and learn methods of practicing and practising presence. A mix of theory, reflection and practical exercises during the day will broaden and deepen your understanding of complex change whilst also giving you ways to develop your personal impact and credibility, to help you be your very best, however you identify with your work – leader, consultant, facilitator, alchemist, other!
There will also be the option to form self managed action learning groups in the day, to support action on ideas beyond the day. Optional further support from Roffey Park if required is also available.
